    With a reservation confirmed the night before, I was lucky to call ahead. "We don't have the unit you reserved." If I had driven there with a load I would have really been angry. I was given an excuse of something is wrong with them (my size) and 'they' have tried to tell hq to stop booking. I asked what they would substitute and got "we only have 9' x 19'" (and another larger one) "and I could give it to you at the web price" which was more than double what I made the reservation for. TERRRIBLE! At the minimum I should have gotten a call in advance of the problem, that would have been the right thing to do. I believe I should have gotten a huge discount on another unit. BTW, no apology was offered.
    Don't trust a reservation with this company!
