After a long day of moving some very rich, ungrateful divorcees, we were rewarded with an accusation by the "risk manager" that we had damaged a Penske rental truck windshield. We drove a total of 22 miles on local roads only, so the odds of damaging a winshield with stray rocks in 2 different areas is close to zero. Penske customer service made my day even more horrible than the bitter, cheap divorcees, but I'd like to share this inspirational poem with you.
