The place has a serious rat problem. I have had king size mattresses ruined with rat urine, a love seat eaten through with stuffing removed, and a wooden night stand chewed on. I pulled all my stuff out and contacted the owner who informed me due to the rural setting it was hard to stay on top of. Needless to say my loss is at my expense. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
