Awful experience: we picked up our budget truck and it had not been cleaned or maintained at all: there was garbage and old food in the cab left from the people before and it smelled like it people had chain smoked cigarettes with the windows closed for 3 days prior. The guy said he could not give us a different truck even though he had quite a few more on the lot because they needed to be rented "in order". The most he could offer was a free air freshener. Would not rent from here again.
