Good experience. The women behind the counter are friendly and lot more easy to work with than the previous owners. I've rented from here numerous times over the years. Yes, there can be a disconnect between Budget Central Reservations (phone or Web) and the local office. But a simple phone call to the women behind the counter, as a follow up to my online reservation, ensures I'm on their whiteboard with my desired truck. The follow up phone call is key. Definitely would rent here again & recommend them.

Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I made a reservation online the day before, only to be told by the unfriendly woman behind the counter that reservations don't matter because she did not have a truck for me. I called the 1-800 Budget movers line to cancel my reservation and they were unapologetic and did not try to offer any solutions. Do not go through Budget if you actually need the truck you pay for online.
