We made a reservation online for a truck rental to move out of our apartment. We received confirmation and reminders of the reservation. Once we arrived to pick up the truck, they said they did not have the reservation and they did not have any trucks. They were extremely unprofessional and did not attempt to remedy the situation in any way. We changed our schedules to move as did our friends that were helping us. Unprofessional, disrespectful company. Will never use them again.
