Worst experience ever. We all scream that we need to patronize our businesses in our community. Well BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. BE SURE TO RECORD WHEN YOU GO HERE. MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT MATCHING THE MILES ON YOUR TRUCK AS WELL AS THE GAS. The owner is a WOLF in a BLONDE wig. Should have known better when I had to use the back door. They tried really hard to get us on this rental but she was very suspicious when she kept screaming I emailed your contract. Therefore I took before and after pictures on the miles. Had to be refunded for 50 miles extra after days of dispute. Please take your money and business elsewhere, but if you are in a desperate situation and need to move in an emergency..... you are better off borrowing your neighbors truck. Move at your own risk. They give UHAUL a bad name.
