    I rented a storage unit at SmartStop and came back the following Sunday to drop off a few items. When I opened the door I saw several cock roaches inside the unit. Because the office was not open, and I wasn't about to leave my things in an infested unit, I left and rented a storage unit at another facility. I went back the following day to request a refund and that was over 3 weeks ago. I've followed up several more times, always being told that they will contact the district manager, however no one has gotten back to me or processed my refund. The units are infested and the customer service is terrible!
