Unbelievably, I have the SAME story as John however I also have theft and damage beyond repair. They did the EXACT same thing.

$20k+ supposed "contract" for white glove service as that won't even BEGIN to cover the damages, replacement cost, non-replaceable items, intense loss and damage to every single piece of living furniture. We were lied to EVERY step of the way with multiple stories on the phone each time as to why this was happening, where the stuff was, ME being blamed for it myself, threatened several times on the phone by THEM if I didn't let them just do whatever they wanted with my things at whatever each point. This is absolutely crazy and not even the full extent of details!! We haven’t even gotten through the mess yet. The items listed are those either completely STOLEN because they are large and can't miss them or items we have already seen MASSIVE damage to. We are STILL unboxing/moving stuff out of the garage.... Literally every single item is not just slightly damaged, it is gouged to the bone on furniture, shattered on 50+ year old dishes, portraits, all my sons toddler toys were not boxed and are black scuffed, plastic cracked (dangerous now and unusable), his $500+ crib/convertible bed every piece is gouged with no hardware left, small photograph boxes weren`t even boxed nor even taped - family photographs were tossed everywhere. Plasma TV torn clear through the blankets on EVERY side, marked, gouged. Bedroom furniture broken, split in two, dropped, gouged every piece. 2 vintage record players 50+ years old, one not even wrapped and the other though wrapped fell apart on unwrapping as if it was drop kicked. An entire concrete 2 person bench at about 100lbs, STOLEN. An entire iron Chiminea, STOLEN. A large capacity Generator, STOLEN. A high PSI Pressure Washer, STOLEN. Both those items were brand new, used ONCE. Don't even know what else is missing yet!! I watched all go on the truck. Canvas paintings, NOT wrapped, destroyed. I have over 500 pics at this point and going. They were supposed to bring a semi on the pickup, they brought ONE 24' straight truck. They told me 2 conflicting stories, about where the semi was. The story goes on and on – will have to post the rest to the website made for the damage-theft as I can’t even fit it all here and the fact that we had to have the cops out several times.

We should have known that we were in for real problems when they show up to move our 4 bedroom home with a box truck from UHaul.The next problem was when the driver told us that the price would be nearly double because there was more inventory than what was on the quote. Full Service never came out to
inventory, we filled out their forms AND sent them another moving company's inventory. When I spoke with my contact at Full Service he said he was comfortable with the inventory and believes he has it all covered. Even have it in writing.
The next event was they had to put half of our items in storage for a MONTH as they did not have a truck big enough. When the items were delivered they was more damage then you would possibly think. They just threw everything into the truck, we have pictures.
They required cash when they show up and if you don't have cash they will not unload.
The insurance is a joke, offered $ 240 for over $ 4,000 in damage
