Worst move of my life. I was in the military for 10 years and I moved 4 times and this truly was the worst experience I have ever had. I was quoted $3k less then what my bill was. I was told my move would only take one day, It took two and I had to call and complain for them to come back to finish. Then, the unprofessional crew complained about having to pack my stuff. My move coordinator was horrible and blamed her lack of knowledge on her being “new”, when she was wrong about everything. Then I needed my items in storage at my new location, I was told 30 days of free storage which was a lie. And the move coordinator ignored my emails and never rescheduled my deliver so I got changed an extra $100 to have my stuff dropped off. And to top it all off, they stole items from my home that I’m sure I will never receive a claim for. Some of those items are from family members that have passed away that can’t be replaced. Same your money and possessions and use someone else for your move.

Sleazeball is the only word to describe this company!
They charged us $25,000 to move my elderly mother and severely disabled father, they broke and lost prized possessions that belonged to our family since early 1900's! On top of everything they lied to me when I repeatedly asked if my mother's move was paid in full and told me it was. Heather Pfau gave me her word that we were paid in full and we would not receive any more bills. But now we are being charged $2548 more!! The owner, Marty McLaughlin, says it is for the third party company they hired to deliver. So apparently moves with this company don't include delivering your belongings!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
