These guys stole my money for a required vehicle inspection to obtain Texas licensing.
I went to Ford afterwords to get it done correctly.
I lost $25.50 for their bogus inspection.
I was given a false about how our vehicle didn’t match my vehicle. That was a lie. They said “do not to go to the police, because it would be trouble for me.”
When I went back to ask for my refund, they insulted me, and physically threatened me. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES!
Their bogus inspection was in retaliation to a bad review of Hick’s U-Haul services...
Two weeks before they forgot to mark our U-Haul trailer returned, which triggered U-Haul collections to me. They never answered their phone to discuss it after many attempts on a Friday. When I talked to him on Saturday, he said “I have too many customers to keep track of everything”.
BEWARE OF THEIR U-HAUL SERVICES!
