I returned a budget truck to this location. Older lady with a british accent was extremely rude and hateful. As a business owner myself, she would NOT be allowed to represent my company. The truck wouldnt start after I refueled just prior to turning it in. When I called to ask a simple question about if I would be charged a late fee if the truck broke down preventing me from returning it on time. She kept saying, "Once the truck is on my property, I can close the contract" over and over and over. I finally hung up. After a tow truck came and established that the vehicle had a faulty starter, I was able to drive it to the return location. When I explained that her truck had a faulty starter, she immediately came back with, "no, YOUR truck has a faulty starter. Not mine. And I don't get paid to take anyone's rudeness." Now perhaps I was a bit snippy due to the fact that I spent from 11-4 at a gas station in a busted truck in Texas. But I was definitely not rude until she became rude herself.
