They are awful. I was moving from Ohio to North Carolina. They rush you through things only for you to discover later how bad of a job they do. Seem like nice guys so you sign away your stuff, which they then break. At the end they have you sign a statement saying that nothing is broken before you've even had a chance to look at things. They know the loop holes and use them wisely. I'm not the first to fall for this. Check out their bad reviews elsewhere. I'm submitting photos of the damage (scratched furniture, gauges in the ceiling, broken items, etc) and will update this if they do anything but disappoint. Check out video of them dropping my stuff as they unload the truck at https://youtu.be/8kARVeXpx6o. Their response to this was "While I appreciate the video, it is obvious that the reason the top cartons falls off is that it is light and likely a lampshade (and I doubt the carton shows any damage from the fall). (He) did not appear to be reckless, but did app ear to be hustling in an effort to efficiently deliver your goods." I don't care if the box was empty, if it's mine and its on the truck you take care of it. Pushing a dolly in one hand while carrying a glass frame box in the other is "hustle" and "efficient"? I think not. This was just one of many complaints I had. When they asked me what I wanted I of course replied that I didn't want to pay full price for bad service, to which they accused me of extortion, saying that they were recording the phone call (without my consent mind you). Go ahead, post the phone call! Saying that you shouldn't have to pay full price for bad service is not extortion. They say they stand behind their work, but clearly have little understanding of what quality service is about.
