Terrible moving truck experience. We reserved a 12' truck, but were given a 10' instead, everything on the paperwork indicates it should be 12' but the truck we were given is most certainly 10' causing us to spend extra time organizing them reorganizing our move because we moved into our storage unit with an actual 12' truck. I guess Oscar thought we wouldn't notice? The truck: horrible condition, rickety, dirty, smelled like garbage when we picked it up, sounds like a helicopter while driving and upon pickup Oscar noted that the back right tire was low, so he simply put some air in it and assured us it'd be fine and that it was normal for tires to lose air pressure during a move. We managed to get to our destination OK thank goodness, because the tire is completely flat now. Apparently our safety wasn't even worth simply switching out a different trucks which they had plenty to spare. Seriously, just take the extra expenses and go with a better moving truck company.
