This business is a disgrace! I reserved a uhual trailer to be picked up at this location and the owner should not be in public!! Upon arriving at my scheduled Pick up time, I proceeded To wait in line, as a Customer Would do. When it was my turn, the owner proceeded to curse me out and tell me That he doesn't know why the h*ll uhaul sends people to him this late. How he doesn't have time to deal with me and I can wait until he has no more Customers. How they are More valuable than I am and he really doesn't even want to serve me. I personally think uhual Should be ashamed To be associated With a business Such as this one! Yes a complaint with uhual had also been issued. And upon further review, it seems this is a common occurrence with this owner. I highly advise avoiding this place at all costs!!
