Super disappointed in the level of service I received today from Jennifer. She hung up on me, gave me wrong information SEVERAL times including telling me I had to rent the truck for 2 days because she was closed on Sundays and couldn't return it after hours???? THE VERY FIRST AMENITY LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE SAYS 24HR DROP BOX FOR AFTER HOURS SERVICE?! Told me I had to return the truck with a FULL tank...the truck only has half a tank?!? Paperwork never changed! I paid for insurance but still made me inspect the truck and after finding a large dent and several other dings and such not marked she got huffy with me. Not to mention on the way to my 3pm appt she called me and as soon as I said I was in my way SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! it was only 3.10pm at that point! Then sat there being a straight *itch grilling me about exact timing of my arrival which was ELEVEN mins. Because she had "work to do outside"??? UMMMM your office is supposed to be open until 5pm. I know I didn't just make those hours up lol it der says that on Google and your website etc. But i'm sorry, we're in the process of moving Jennifer....maybe you don't know how stressful this already is??? Or is it you just don't care??? Because being in the position you are working you really should be a little more understanding of these things. Either that or get a new job and stop making people's lives miserable who are already going through the most stressful time in most people's lives. So figure that shit out.....Get some new training, set some new goals or intentions etc. You need to do something because the rediculous level of bitchy you were during my rental is NOT acceptable in the customer service feild. My wife and I managed a storage facility with U-Haul for 3.5yrs and I would've been appalled had my wife treated any of our tenants and customers the way I was treated by you tonight.
