Although Budget was extremely unhelpful, Doshi did everything he could to sort our their error and kept me informed regarding a rental van that never arrived. Even though I never got to rent from them, I'd rent with Doshi despite the terrible customer service from Budget itself. I hope Doshi opens his own rental company some day!
