We were given a delivery window of 9a-5p for a curb delivery of a hot tub. Finally got a phone call at 6:40p to ask if it was still ok to deliver that day. I told them that would be fine. The actual delivery time was just after 7:30p. I had to reschedule the hot tub moving company to move it from the curb to the back yard until the following day.
The only thing I wished the delivery guys would do was to MAKE A PHONE CALL to let me know they were running late to set expectations. It wasn't fun being stuck in the house the entire day not knowing if the delivery was actually going to occur on the actual promised date. No apologies were given for the very late delivery.
