So upsetting to end up paying $4k more than estimate and they dropped and broke corner off my most dear possession. Left not giving me $50 change or letting me know they damaged my furniture. What a bad experience.

DO NOT HIRE SENTRY, they are the worst. I hired them to move my son across the country to Seattle for college. They stood me up 7 times, as they broker out their moving jobs, and he ended up in Seattle with none of his belongings. Then instead of refunding my fee, they fraudulently charged my bank account again, saying it was an erroneous "vendor recharge" and would take 7-14 business days to refund. I had to file fraud charges with my bank to get my money back. This company has terrible service and business practices.

Literally the worst moving company ever. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED A MOVING COMPANY. Anyone will be better. They broke our coffee table (they did send a check for it) and stole my packing supplies I use to ship things for my side business.
