Cord told me my goods would be delivered in 12 to 14 days. Instead, it has been 18 days - and still no sign of them approaching the delivery location.
They have lied to me repeatedly about where the van is, and when I can expect delivery.
I have spent a small fortune on motels while they take their sweet time.
Terrible company; stay away.
