The lady that just got promoted out of this location was fantastic. She was the reason I chose this storage facility. I get a call saying something has gone wrong with my payment (I'm on auto pay) say they have a new system and apparently my auto pay is not working. I go in to get fixed and what do you know, my bill is going up. I talking with either the new manager or the area manager. I tell him I'm not paying more. He tells me I have been there 6 months and I should expect it to go up EVERY 6 months? This new management is nothing but scammers.
