Same thing happened to me, like Beth. I have a storage container here at all star. My storage was broken into, lock was cut off with bolt cutters. They took tools, floor jack, an expensive dolly, etc. I called the owner, told him about the break in. He did nothing. I called the police and filed a report with Adams county sheriff. The sheriff ask the owner on the phone for video footage he had none, cameras don't work. I think the owner has someone break into the units to steal your things. Me and the police officer inspected some of the other units and they had bolt cutter marks on the locks. Now the owner calls me and says that I need to move my things out cause the zoning has changed. I think it's because he broke into my container and I filed a police report. Don't rent from this place, they will steal your property.

I occupied a unit at all star storage for 1 year . Not what I wanted the prices were affordable .going through a divorce , Was revisiting my storage unit at least 2 a week .
There are people living in them
There camera do not work
The owner / manager
Does not watch the facility, he entertains the theft and many other awful situations . My unit was getting off in bed for months I had no idea . The criminals that felt the need to go through all my boxes take what suits there quick fix . Went through a lot of time to hide the obvious ! Please do not do business with that place should be condemned ! It’s very disheartening the city and state have no idea what the wrong people in business are doing ! Do not hire any UHAUL MOVERS FROM THAT COMPANY THAT HAVE A FELONY RECORD !
