I had her car towed through them by Nationwide’s roadside assistance. I called for the tow before 12pm They originally told my boyfriend and I that the car would be picked up by 1pm and delivered to Burlington by 2pm. We called them back they told us that the car would be delivered by 3pm. Three passed and we called again. They told us they were bringing it with another car that they were bringing to Burlington so it would be late afternoon or early evening. We called Nationwide to see what was happening, they told us and Nationwide that they were about to pick up the car at about 6pm. They were still a no show at around 7:30pm. We called once again. They said it would be 9pm before they got to the car. So we canceled the original tow and they sent out another rollback for her car. The second tow service got to the parking lot the car was supposed to be in. The car was no where to be found. Nationwide called around 11pm to ask if the car had been delivered. They told Nationwide that it was delivered at 9:30pm which was a bold face lie. They didn’t deliver the car until almost midnight, nearly twelve hours the original tow order was received by Nationwides roadside assistance. The entire experience was highly unprofessional every time we would call or Nationwide would call the dispatcher would put the call on hold. Then they would talk to three other people when they should have been helping us.
