Chad rains the tow truck operator was disrespectful and demeaning over the phone after I spoke with him to receive the items listed as my personal property on the vehicle tow report issued by deputies Wallace and Sandoval of the cooke county sherriffs department. He clearly stated that there was no way I would get the listed personal property or the vehicle and he laughed when he explained that even my DD-214 nor the armed forces expeditionary medal listed and inside the vehicle were not going to get access to the vehicle. Clearly listed on the TDLR website I found information contradictory to what he claimed to be what was needed to obtain either access to the vehicle or to recover the personal property listed by the deputies as belonging to me.
