My family member was moving up from out of state and needed a place to store her belongings until they found a house here. I initially rented the unit and found the owner very pleasant (male). When I returned with my family member to switch the storage unit into their name we did business with a female. It was one of the worst interactions I have ever had!!! The woman was beyond rude to my family and I. It began with us knocking on the door and no one answered, but the sign stated they were open. We waited and continued knocking--no one answered. I was eating an apple then threw the core into a grassy area. It was only then the women came out of the front door rudely asking me who threw the apple core in her yard. I replied that I had but thought it was vacant grass and the apple core is biodegradable. While I was going to pick the core up my mom tried to enter the office to start the paperwork. The women would not let her in and stated she would not do so until I picked up the apple core and threw it in the trash. She then began to lecture us ....I asked who the owners are, she replied that she was. If my family member did not have their belongings already in the storage unit, I would have cancelled that contract and gone elsewhere! I have never been spoken to in such a tone and inferrence that I was a child. Are you kidding me? I picked the core up and told her I did not realize that was her yard. When we finally went in the office to sign paperwork, she quickly became another personality! WOW! Will never use them again and I will tell anyone and everyone not to use them!!!

New owners and new managers since late Jan 2019. New cams were installed and many lights throughout the facility. Unique key codes for renters. I feel they have done due diligence on their part in providing a nice facility. Uhaul is not at this facility.

We had been a customer for several years. We only checked on our belongings every few months. Went there one day and our lock was gone and a red lockout lock was on it. It was just after office hours so had to wait until next day to talk to managers. Could not tell me when they noticed our lock was missing and they put a lock on it for us. 1/2 our stuff was gone.
Contacted owner at the Broken Arrow facility and he was very rude to my wife. He said he would refund 6 months rent. It took several weeks but he did what he said.
I just seen a report on Fox23 news tonight about another unfortunate victim that lost everything. Funny how it has now been sold after this. I think it was an inside job.
