These guys are incredible. They responded to my online inquiry immediately with exact pricing and details. They actually arrived at the storage facility before we did with necessary equipment to get the job done. They were extremely professional and worked well as a team. They were super personable, and patient with my mum. They were super respectful of our belongings and everything was moved in perfect condition. I am still amazed how quickly but efficiently things got moved. I rarely take the time to review a business but I was so blown away by this crew. This is definitely the type of company, crew, and owner, that I want to see succeed.

Awful experience!! Movers were late getting to my apartment and several items were damaged. Cannot confirm if that happened in transit or while moving the furniture inside.
I rented two U-Haul U-Boxes. These were supposed to be returned to the location they had been stored at in Florida. Michelle, the owner of Drop City, decided that was too inconvenient for her so she had her movers drop them off at a random U-Haul location in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I spoke with her the next day and was assured she would return them to the proper location. I even offered to pay her $100 to accomplish this even though it was not my mistake. Unfortunately, that was the last I ever heard from her. 15 calls have gone un-returned since then! Thankfully, after 4 hours of phone calls with U-Haul, I was able to remedy the situation 2 weeks later.
I would stay as far away from Michelle and Drop City Enterprises as possible!!!

It took me a bit of time to get this review in but I definitely wanted to make sure I did. These movers were hard working, on time for the job and very efficient. The company went out of it's way to accommodate me on specific times as the day came closer. Very good - HIGHLY recommended!
