First off, the hours are super inconvenient. No one with a normal job or normal life can ever get into their storage unit. They don’t offer any after hour accommodations to help with this issue. Second off, close to closing with the tight schedule they have. They close at 5. I got there at 4:47. Keep in mind I got off work early because I had to grab something out of there really fast. Management told me due to the fact that they were closing very soon I wasn’t able to get in to my storage. What kind of show are they running?! I don’t recommend them to anyone!!
