Long story short: they cancelled our truck reservation the evening before our move. Each person we spoke with, from the local reps at this location to the national reps over the phone would not work to find a solution and passed the buck to someone else. We ended up without a truck from Budget.
We booked a truck from this location weeks ago for our move. At 5:30 pm the evening before the move (Friday), we got a call from the manager at this location telling us they didn't have a truck for us; the previous renter decided to extend their rental by another days. Rather than provide us with a solution like another truck, the manager gave us a phone number and said we needed to call.
We went to the location to talk to someone face to face. The manager left for the day, and the rep said there was nothing we could do and suggested we book from another company.
The phone reps couldn't find a truck, and when we wanted to complain offered to transfer us to customer service. We asked for the number but he said he didn't have it, he only used speed dial.
The best the CS rep could do was promise us a phone call from inventory management the next morning between 6-8.
They called us 7:46 am the next day telling us they did not have a truck for us.
We're never using Budget again and recommend you don't either.
