I am writing this in regards of my child being left on the side of the road by this horrible trucking service. Melanie S. has the worse customer service on this earth. She said “ she was on the phone with the my insurance company” to do whatever and never called to let my child know what was going on. After waiting an hour, she calls Melanie and she subsequently hangs up on my child and refused to answer the phone. I tried calling and still no answer. If I could give this company no stars I would. I would not care if hell froze over twice..I would never call this company again!

Just wanted to let you guys know that this past Sunday RaFael was a blessing. Ver Nice and helpful man he was dispatch thru USAA as my husband and I had (2) blown driver side tires. Thank to him and your company
