We just bought a school bus from Tori's. New business they have started. We was taken for $200. We fought over the phone ( thru text ) because they would not call us back. Three hours after the last text around 6:30 I get a text from the sales at flipping 10:30 at night saying Thank God he doesn't live in my state! REALLY???!!¡!! 10:30 at night way to do business!!!! Lesson learned get EVERYTHING in writing!

Don't do business with this crooked company. I returned a one-way rental to them. The manager tried to get me to pay for a cracked windshield despite the damage insurance on the truck I had purchased. Then he insisted that I top off the fuel across the street, so I did. After I returned he insisted that it was still low and told me he would charge for the gas. I found out from Penske that he jacked me up for 10 gallons! I also left some personal items in the truck. I tried to get them back, but of course they had mysteriously disappeared. I probably won't do business with Penske again and I certainly won't be going to Toria for any rental needs.
