When moving our nice white couch the providers removed the plastic cover, set it fabric-side down on the asphalt, placed it on the dirty dolly and proceeded to smash it through the elevator door. I recommended they carry it up the stairs instead of forcing it, they insisted on the dolly and elevator method. As a result, the couch has been ripped on the backside from trying to fit it in the elevator as well as also has black asphalt marks on the arms and backside from setting it in the parking lot fabric-side down. I called the provider, Browntown Convience Tienda, they told us there was nothing we could do and no way to file a claim as the code was provided already. We are left frustrated as our new couch is ruined, they've yet to come to any sort of resolution on this matter and treated us as if it wasn't their responsibility and on our own to replace the couch.

Very affordable. Excellent service. We have hired them twice to help us load U-Hauls. We will definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!
