Set up service for 16 ft container to be delivered today dec1st with a call one hour before delivery. Contacted the 1 800 number and was informed delivery could be anytime up to 10pm (on a Friday evening no less). Informed corporate person no one had informed me of hours up to 10 pm and rescheduled to this coming Monday only to be told there would be a25 dollar charge which I refused to pay. Person was very rude and not helpful or understanding of the miscommunication. Also was informed my next delivery for second container was set up for dec15th so I would have two containers on site which is not correct. Driver is supposed to drop off second container and take first container to storage which appeared to be a problem for the service rep.
