I had a move in July, they moved 3 TVs for me but I was only able to connect 2 out of the 3. I was finally able to hand the 3 and there was a crack. I called, it had been a few days and no one has called me back. I spoke to someone after 3 day (I called back) and they indicated that they would call me back as the secretary was not in the office. I called 2 days after that and someone answered on a cell phone. I explained the situation and he attacked me on the phone saying, the crack is not his fault and “it has nothing to do with us.”
I understand it’s been a while but like I was trying to explain to him, they moved three TVs for me two of them i was able to use right away but the third TV I needed mounted on the wall because it did not have a stand and I needed somebody to put it on the wall for me, that did not happen until a month later. Their lack of response and unprofessionalism is telling. They had no issue stalking me to charging my deposit, but now I can’t get a call back to address this issue… PROFESSIONALLY. They also ripped my leather chair.
You guys came highly recommended and I can’t believe that this is how you’re handling the situation. Don’t use them.
