When you decide to lease a unit from our facility, we will ask for the following information: valid identification with picture and signature (such as a driver’s license or state identification), a valid mailing address and phone numbers, emergency contact name with phone number, and form of payment. You will sign a lease agreement and we will go over gate procedures, door latches, the cylinder locks and other rules and regulations of the facility. A cylinder lock is included in the administration fee at the time of rental.

Our climate controlled units are especially effective for record storage, books, photographs, fine furniture, antiques & paintings, electronics, computers, collectibles, etc.
