My wife call and talk to a girl at the desk and she ask what she could do for us, So we made a truck reservation for the 14th of Oct at 8:00am to pick-up a truck to move from Oxnard to Idaho, she ask for our info and trip info from were to were, THREE TIME!!!!!! And she ask for credit card info to put a hold on $2800.00 for the deposit, So we did, And we asked her to email us the comf # and we never got it, We felt a little worried about it all so we called to confirm the info and the owner answered and said she mest all the paper work up and did it wrong and told us it now is going to cost us $4000.00 for the same truck for one way trip. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS DO NOT USE THE AT ALL. DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO GET AHOLD OF BBB AND THERE LIC NUMBER TO TURN THEM IN.
