I was happy with your service until my bank account was charged a fee that I knew NOTHING about. I locked my keys in the truck so I called the road side service for help. They sent out a locksmith to open door. Atno timedid anyone mention a charge for that service. I thought it was included with te rental. I'm not happy with this. I'm not sure if I'll use Penske again.
