BEWARE!!!!!! *** A zero rating would be appropriate because 1 Star is being generous **** I made reservations over a week in advance. We drove an hour away to pick up our rental only to be told that there wasn’t a truck available upon arrival . I called customer service to inquire and was assured that our reservation would be transferred to an escalation agent and we would be called back within 15 min -2 hrs with a solution . We never got a call back, just as we never got any acknowledgement of our original reservation not being available. We wasted money on gas, movers, stress and time depending on a slack service that was never rendered . I’m highly dissatisfied and upset that this “bootleg” company placed my family in such a horrific position both financially and emotionally.

Worst experience ever renting a budget truck. They were unprofessional wasted 2 hours of our time. Disgusting office and poor attitude.
