Had the door locked when I arrived the cargo van I reserved wasn’t available
Insisted I have on a mask when mask are optional world wide. Worse ever and then he kept speaking to me as if I was a child. Needless to say I walked away and gave him some choice words in the process

The customer service is horrible. No one ever answer the phone. I have been calling since 12/29 after I dropped my Budget truck off. All I want is for y’all to close my ticket.
