Tried getting help with a unit (I'm calling from another State) and got transferred to myself the first time. Called a second time and the gentle men on the phone gave me a number for the "correct location" which in fact was the same phone number I originally called and spoke to him.... AND he laughed at me before hanging up the phone. They don't solve any problems and are very rude!!!!!! I work at a location that rents Penske's trucks, if they treated me the way they did, I wonder how they treat their custmers?!?
