I had a great experience with this lady! She kindly recommended me to where I could get the best deal, even if it wasn't with her! I also rented a U-Haul from her and the environment is great, family-friendly, kind, organized, and most of all cooperative. I was there when the gates were closed and they rushed to open them. Great business!

I'm taking this shitty ass towing company down. They are messing with the wrong bitch. I wont back down PERIOD. It's on BITCH.

VERY dissatisfied customer
I called All Star towing to move my 5th wheel. She told me straight out that she had insurance for this move. I SPECIFICALLY asked her this question!
First off she overcharged me by about $300! She charged me $500 to move me from Grants Pass to Merlin. She insisted that I pay her up front for the move then NEVER gave me a receipt.
Second, she had Tom Vallejo do the actual move, even though I paid her directly. I consider his work LOUSY! He nearly dumped my trailer in the ditch on multiple occasions. They finally had to hook up the tow truck to pull both Tom's truck and my trailer out of the mud he got me stuck in.
Third, they did about $5000 worth of damage to my trailer and are refusing to pay for it. Michele is now saying that she never even moved my trailer! I would like to know what ghost did then because it looked exactly like her ugly fat mug!
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHEAT AND LIAR!!!!!!

My husband was in an accident & this company sent 2 tow trucks out to tow the Jetta. Double the tow bill so I couldn't afford the bill.. I was using the trunk of the car to put unwrapped presents in to hide them. My daughter wanted to call & talk to them, so I let her. The lady then started threatening to call child services for allowing my daughter to call. I went in there the night of accident & Spoke to them on the phone..This is Christmas eve & I bet the tow company's grandkids are getting the presents I bought for my children. She had the nerve to tell me if I gave her a couple hundred dollars I could get my kids things. Very bad company with NO COMPASSION OR CONCERN. The woman was nothing but a thief & liar.
