I reserved a rental truck weeks in advance, for a move out of state. Bob, the rental agent, called me the afternoon before I was to travel to Denver to pick up the truck telling me it wasn't available. He told me to call someone else and then hung up on me. I tried to call him back and he wouldn't answer the phone. Thanks Bob.
