Becareful doing any business with the owner Steve. I rented from him for over 2 years...he would not fix the leaking roof or the heat in a building that was rented for cheerleading. He claims to be a Christian but had no problem leaving kids in 30 degree weather with no heat! He didn't mind collecting over 20k in rent payments but didn't want to do any of the responsibilities of being a landlord.
