I went to Havoline for an oil change.. let’s start by me saying that I came here literally 4 months ago and paid 25$ even. And the sign clearly says 24.99$ oil change right outside of the building. I told her that I just needed a standard oil change nothing fancy and she told me it’s going to be 27$. I said your sign says that it’s 24.99$ and that’s what I payed last time.. she then tells me that I’m lying and I’ve never been there befire so that was strike 1.. then she says it’s onky 25$ with no filter. And I said cool that’s what I want. So I pull my car around , they do the oil change.. she calls me up and says 27$. And I said what happened to the 25$ we just talked about.. and she said she never said that. Are you FREAKING kidding me. I’m not annoyed by the fact that no one speaks English because I understand people of all cultures have to make a living.. but she literally is an idiot and has no clue what she’s talking about. I asked if she had someone I could talk to that understood that I was going off the sign and she said Paul. I said well does Paul have an email or a number or something and she said no.

I’m sorry but not only was I swindled out of money, she basically called me liar. It’s BS , and I expect it to be handled.
