I used them twice before to help family move and had no problems, they were cheaper than everyone else. the last time was 2 years ago, but today I called them for a quote on the smallest moving truck and a woman (I think) took my call and she was rude and not at all helpful. she told me it will be a week before a truck is available and I still wanted to know how much it would cost, her answer was "truck rental is high right now, eh, it will cost 100.00 a day and .79 cents a mile" I was like, 'wow, ok, well I may not get back to you' called U-Haul and to my surprise, same size truck, 19.95 and .89 cents a mile.
