No stars for these assholes!!! A complete rip off. My car stopped between Ina and Mt Vernon on I57. They towed my car to Ina without my knowledge and then towed it to there shop 10 minutes away. It was the holiday so I couldn't do much until the next day. After the tow guy dropped me off he told me that my bill would be $135....$90 for towing and $45 for storage. I called the next day to find out my bill was $365!!!! In less than 24hours and a simple tow from one town to the next....I had to pay $365 to get my car from them. They totally take advantage of people who are stranded because they know people need their cars. I hate I had to give them a star when they truly deserved a kick in the ass! Im taking them to civil court! You get major attitude from the moment they pick up the phone...they care nothing about you! Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME!!!
