I paid 800 dollars to bring my unit current and to stop the auction Which i was told paying the bill would do this and the very next day it was auctioned off anyways. I was told that because the unit was in my Grandmothers name and she was recently deceased I would need the power of attorney to stop it. How could this be when regardless of the fact that power of attorney is immediatly revoked when a person dies, it no longer holds any legal precedent never the less the bill was paid I have proof of this. Anyone who works at or runs a storage service should know the law. This place is a total rip off. Beware the employees are extremely ignorant of the law. Look out rent elsewhere Avoid this place.
