We rented a unit 18 months ago, nothing wrong with unit. My son moved our belongings out only to find a hole that had been leaking in several items....i called 54 times before Eric the owner was reached. The owner was rude, obnoxious, blamed me for his faulty roof problem... DO NOT RENT FROM HIM, he wouldn't even give me his information for future contact. I wouldn't put a dog in his property's. Yes im contacting BBB, township building inspector, and an attorney
