I had a reservation with a confirmation number for a Budget moving truck at this location 12PM on Saturday, 12/3. I was driving up from New York to pick up this truck, which was a 2.5+ hour drive and movers that had been paid for the next day. The owner of this business called me at 11:15AM that day to let me know that they would be extending another renter's reservation and that they had no other availability at any other locations nearby. Budget's Customer help line also thought this was absolutely ridiculous and should not have happened but told me that I had to take this up directly with the owner of the franchise.

Avoid at all costs.
