We had rented a box trailer from another UHaul depot and while loading it, the cable for the overhead door got tangled in the spring making it impossible to close the door. The guys from Chuck's Towing were my local repair service. They responded quickly and fixed the door but also checked out everything else and found the brakes were in non-working condition just as we got it from the other depot. Chuck got on his phone right there calling other local depots and found us a box trailer. In contrast to another review, I've never encountered a speed trap in Richfield Springs and that has nothing to do with Chuck's anyway. They are good people who have treated me well. Chuck made sure we had a trailer to get our kids back to college on time and saved us a possible accident on the road. I'm renting from them again this semester because I like them.
