There Overpriced and the owner has very bad customer service skills! Stupidly i paid for a unit then i went to go buy a lock and i ended up finding another storage place a hour or so later that was cheaper and they wouldn't return my payment and the owner was very rude about it. I would understand if i got what i paid for as most of us know that nothing in america is free but It's like come on i didn't even go in the unit. It Made me feel like i had just been robbed

This Storage facility goes above and beyond to help you find the right storage unit. They had all of the packing supplies that I needed plus I was able to rent a truck for the day. American Mini Storage is the all in one stop! They have very clean storage units, office and bathrooms. Their prices were the best in town with their special, as I checked at 8 other storage places.

Worst storage facility ever!! Do not store your belongings here. The man who manages it couldn't care less about you. Our neighborhood experienced the effects of Hurricane Matthew. Many lost all some lost most. What we have left we wanted to help some people out by putting what remained saved from the storm in our unit. the man refused to let us in because he decided he was going to re-tar the pavement! right after a hurricane. We asked him to wait and his response: "Why don't you move out?! I have plenty of people that wants the space?" Of coarse he does it's a crises out there!! He's taking advantage. Not to mention comeing to the grounds times before while the gates are wide open and unattended!! SERIOUS!! Price GOUGING ALERT!! As soon as we can get to our stuff and this isn't a crisis zone WE ARE OUT! And making sure everyone knows about this place!! And the big man behind the counter!! ZERO STARS!!
